How do CliC glasses stay around my neck?
CliC eyewear features a unique magnetic front connection and a continuous neck strap. When not in use, simply pull the magnets apart and let the frames rest comfortably and securely around your neck.
Can I put my own prescription lenses into CliC frames?
Yes, most CliC frames are RX-ready. You can take your frames to a local optician to have custom prescription lenses fitted, or select from our available magnification strengths.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your eyewear sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn eyewear in its original packaging. Please note that custom prescription lenses are non-refundable.
Are the headbands adjustable?
Many of our models, such as the Executive and Expandable collections, feature adjustable side temples to ensure a perfect fit for different head sizes.
How do I clean my CliC eyewear?
We recommend using a microfiber cloth and a gentle lens cleaning solution. Avoid using paper towels or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch the lenses and damage the magnetic coating.
